	To be an authorized affiliate of ChopperStickers.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the ChopperStickers.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the ChopperStickers.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. ------ 1. JOINING THE CHOPPERSTICKERS.COM AFFILIATE PROGRAM By filling out the signup form to become an affiliate of ChopperStickers.com you are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on the referred individuals that purchase ChopperStickers.com products. 2. REVOCATTION OF AFFILIATE STATUS Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated, without prior notice, at any time, for any of the following reasons: - Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) - Any type of spamming (mass un-solicited email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) - Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities or site that contain gambling, pornography or advertisements for prescription drugs. 3. AFFILIATE LINKS You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails as provided by ChopperStickers.com. Affiliates can promote ChopperStickers.com affiliate links on their website, opt-in email newsletter, or in any other way that does not violate the terms set in Section 2. 4. TRACKING OF MEMBERS PLACED VIA AN AFFILIATE LINK When a web visitor clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate id. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate id. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. Cookies are saved for 30 days. 5. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT A ChopperStickers.com affiliate earns a 15% commission on every sale they refer using ChopperStickers.com Affiliate Links. Commissions for sales do not appear in the affiliate stats until the sale is processed and completed. This may take up to 24 hours. Affiliate payments are sent out on the 5th of each month for affiliates that have reached the minimum payout level. Affiliate payments are sent by PayPal or paper check by mail, this choice is left up to the affiliate and can be changed in the affiliate's profile at anytime. If you have not reached the minimum payout in a given month your commission balance will carry over to the next month until your account commission balance reaches the minimum payout level. The minimum pay out level is currently set a $5.00 6. TERMS & CONDITIONS These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated either by you or in the event of a violation of terms as set forth in Section 2, by ChopperStickers.com. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us, at any time, and without prior notification. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable, you may choose to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 7. LIABILITY Under no circumstance, will ChopperStickers.com be held liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and are not be liable for any interruptions or errors. Also, all sales fall under the general Terms & Conditions of ChopperStickers.com, as listed on our site and we reserve the right to not facilitate transactions that we do not feel are in our best interest.
