Door Prizes for Biker Club Runs, Charity Runs, and Events
Is your motorcycle club or organization having poker run, toy run, charity run, party or other motorcycle event? Looking for door prizes? ChopperStickers.com would be happy to provide you with a gift certificate(s) to use as door prizes for your event.
How to request a ChopperStickers.com Door Prize Gift Certificate:
Contact Us no earlier than 90 days prior and no later than 30 days prior to the run/event.
Include a copy of the run or event flyer.
Include date and time of the run, who it benefits, type of run, and the name of club/organization that is holding the run/event.
Include an estimate of how many people you think will be attending the event.
Include a TELEPHONE NUMBER of the point of contact for the organizer of the run.
Include the address where you would like the Certificate sent.
Request without a telephone number for the event point of contact will not be processed.
Eligibility, Rules, Fine Print
Available to any US motorcycle club or organization (Riding Clubs, HOG, ABATE, SMROs, MCs, Charities, etc.) having a run, party, or event.
Request are processed and evaluated on a first come first serve basis. If your request is denied you will be sent an email as to the reason why. Please note that we try to accommidate everyone but this is not always possible. If your request is turned down please feel free to submit another request for a future run/event.
Some of the reasons your request may be denied:
- Request submitted to early or to late.
(Submit request no earlier than 90 days prior and no later than 30 days prior to the run/event) - No telephone number for the event point of contact.
- We have already reached our monthly budget for door prize certificates.
What you get...
Depending on the size of your club and estimated event attendance we will send your organization at least one $10, and possibly one or two $5 ChopperStickers.com Gift Certificates. You are then free to give them out however you see fit (as door prizes, silent auction prizes, raffle prizes, etc). If we do send more than one certificate, we ask that each certificate you recieve be treated as a seperate prize (do not combine all certificates as one prize).
